The use of the site is intended for educational purposes related to chess. We recommend that minors under 14 years of age access under supervision of a responsible adult.

3. User Accounts

You can create an account according to the following roles:

• Student
• Instructor
• Self-learner

You are responsible for the information you provide, maintaining the security of your password, and informing us of any unauthorized use. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the cancellation of your account.

4. Services and Content

The site allows you to create, solve, and share educational materials about chess. User-generated content (such as exercises or packages) remains yours, but by publishing it, you grant 10puzzles.com a global, non-exclusive license to use it for operational purposes of the service.

5. Intellectual Property

All original content on the site is owned by 10puzzles.com or its licensors. It is prohibited to copy, distribute, or modify any content without prior authorization.

6. Credits and Payments

Certain services work through a credit system. You can acquire credits through available payment methods. Promotional credits may have specific conditions.

All purchases are final, unless otherwise indicated or legally required. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.

7. Consumer Right to Cancel Credit Purchases

If you are a Consumer purchasing credits, you have the right to cancel your credit purchase and request a refund within 14 days of the transaction completion without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day after your credit purchase was completed.

This cancellation right applies only to credits that have not been used to assign puzzle packages to students. Once credits have been spent on package assignments, those specific credits cannot be refunded under this cancellation right, as the digital service has been fully performed.

To exercise your cancellation right, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires. Contact us at admin@10puzzles.com with:

• Your account details
• Purchase confirmation number
• The amount of unused credits you wish to return

We will process refunds for unused credits within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Any used credits will be deducted from the refund amount at the original purchase price per credit.

If you have used some but not all of your purchased credits, you may receive a partial refund for the unused portion only. We will calculate the refund based on the number of unused credits multiplied by the original price per credit.

8. User Conduct

Users must maintain respectful and educational relationships, especially between students and instructors. It is prohibited to:

• Use the site for illegal or unauthorized purposes,
• Send spam or promotions without consent,
• Impersonate identities or deceive other users.

9. Privacy and Personal Data

10. Limitation of Liability

The site is offered "as is" and we do not guarantee that it is free from errors or interruptions. We are not responsible for damages arising from the use or inability to use the site.

12. Applicable Legislation

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay. Any dispute will be resolved by the ordinary courts of Villarrica, Paraguay.
